What’s up Crush It Crew?
For someone who is normally not a big cotton candy girl, I literally can’t get enough of the Core Nutritionals x Fun Sweets Cotton Candy collab flavors! It is the perfect amount of sweetness without going overboard and does not leave you with that typical cotton candy sugar high crash. In addition to PUMP & HYDRATE, they just shocked us all with releasing the third product in this line, ISO CLEAR! Now we can get our cotton candy fix and meet our protein requirements all at the same time!
The Cherry Berry and Blue Raspberry flavors in this collab of course had me thinking of ways I could incorporate actual fruit into a recipe. So what makes fruit even better? Fruit dunked in a thick & creamy dip. And how do you level up a dip? Make it macro friendly and packed with protein!
Charcuterie boards are all the rage, especially this time of year with so many holiday events going on. This protein whip can be the perfect addition to a creative healthy charcuterie board, or just a delicious treat for yourself any time of day. Pair it with raspberries, blueberries, apples, bananas or even graham crackers and pretzels. The options are endless! I guarantee your family and friends will never even know this dip is healthy and protein packed, because it tastes far from it.
I broke this recipe down into 6 servings, but feel free to adjust accordingly based on your own macro needs. The amount of volume you get per serving is insane!
A quick run-down of the ingredients:
Core ISO Clear: The fine texture of ISO Whey Protein Isolate makes this incredibly easy to mix together. I went with the Cherry Berry flavor, but you literally can’t go wrong with either option here.
Cool Whip: I went with a reduced fat cool whip, but feel feel to choose whatever type fits your macros best. For all you dairy free friends, opt for a TruWhip or Coconut Whip.
